** OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool ** 8.1.25 at 8pm

Kulu is so frustrating - looks like he's never seen a football tonight. woeful.

Him and Son need to sharpen up.

Bergvall continuing to impress alongside Spence. Kinsky looks a baller.

Still seems a low quality game with both teams losing the ball. Is fatigue to blame? It looks like both us and Liverpool would happily call it a 0-0 and just play it out at Anfield...

We give up the ball too frequently when we break. Same as the last game its a noticeable difference with pool. Then keep the ball, we squander possession. Kiulu has give up the ball too many times.

I don't really ever complain about refs but this guy seems to let everything go for them but then books Bissouma for not a great deal. Then any 50/50ish challenges that go their way he waves play on but for us he pulls them up as fouls. Rather frustrating.

Otherwise not a bad half, we look organised defensively to an extent and reasonably compact. We are looking for the counter opportunities but the quality is a bit lacking in terms of the pass to put someone truly though on goal.

boggles the mind how it took so long for Spence to get a chance (and even the only out of necessity). seems to be he's a great option to rotate with either full back.

Bergvall is impressing.

Bergvall is good HOWEVER he is always taken off exhausted at 60 mins.
Bissouma too, always replaced at 60.
So we might see a big drop-off in those two as the game goes on, which could kill us.

Very impressed with Spence so far, especially because Salah is up against him.

Our attacks are all killed by Son, I don't get remotely excited by any attack ever, it just goes to Son and dies.

Van Dijk really is a master of just being in the right place.

Would like to see Moore and Yang come on, to see what they can do. Suspect Ange will keep all the seniors on as much as possible, so we have VERY little on the bench.

Just rewinded to look at the incident again, and that did not look good at all! Looks like his head got stuck in the ground as he went forward to the ground, and got a really nasty flip and twist. Could well be a serious neck injury!

Kinsky looking so assured after practically just going straight from the airport to the game, Spence getting better and better (I'd have him over Porro at right back ATM) and Bergwall really growing into the team. Son, again I'm afraid, looks like the player where attacks go to die.

Thought that was a pretty good first half, but we need to up our game after the break. They pushed us back a little too much for my liking in the end there.

And I really hope Bentancour is ok.

Not good for him then
Gotta hope it’s minor bug just can’t see it from the way it’s being described

I really like him and you can see him benefitting from the plan it seems we have (although added time forced is not likely the plan, but its working)

I think he's just looking better through minutes played, maybe he could have had those minutes earlier in the season/maybe he would not have flourished if he did - who knows?
