We often fade during a half, so not unexpected they had the better final 10mins.
But got in at 0-0 and have looked decent. Kinsley, Bergvall and Spence have all been great. Ilots of other decent performances, and I hope the others step in 2nd half.
Just need to release Moore at somepoint 2nd half.

The underlying Formation doesn't matter to me. It's the patterns of play. FBs are not flying forward leaving gaps behind them as they did in the League game. The midfielders are tracking back more effectively to support the defence. We look much more disciplined.

Confident. I said when he signed I wouldn't be surprised if he does well that he replaces Vicario - would explain using two non HG spots on GKs for the time being, that we are thinking this guy is an upgrade over time....

Satisfied with that. Fair play to Ange, he’s tweaked things and we’re defending with proper full backs. 2 or 3 times, Porro has defended brilliantly.
All decent performances. Gray was a little lax in possession early on and Bissouma looks an accident waiting to happen but we look a side who are well set up and working hard even though Liverpool started to dominate at the end. Can’t ask for more than that.
Also surprise that Salah and Jota have been so peripheral.
