Don't think we'll give away Lennon's shirt, he's been here a long time and it's never been Spurs policy to take away someone's shirt without player being willing.
David Villa has played with other numbers than 7 before, 9 for Spain at times, and available 21 at Valencia

I think Townsend would be a more natural backup for Bale in a 4-3-3, Lennon will be kept around for other formations imo. If he's not sold for funds, we appear to be 'spending' quite freely.
