There are a handul of these ITKs that have track records posting on different forums (Akqayid posts on SC). I can take what they say with a pinch of salt, but someone that just popped up on twitter I wouldn't give any thought to before they proved they know something.
 
I can accept it. Its a perfectly reasonable response to "question" the validity of an ITK post if thats what you see fit. What I think it unreasonable is when it just decends into a slagfest ruining any discussion that could have been developing.

My issue here is not ITK and never has been, its ruining a topic for fellow posters for no real reason.

Does raise the question, given the regularity with which Newspapers publish outright fabrications or are grossly inaccurate or are simple biased flimflam - what really is the difference between any of them? (edit - listed sources)

It's up to each of us to make up our minds over who or what is believable. Some occasional slagging off of info that is obviously wrong/biased/WUMing etc. Based on the stuff that isn't utterly ridiculous we can have a discussion.
