He'd be back up to Ade and a pretty good plan B (as Crouch should have been), but I wouldn't want to pay much more than 10m for him and Liverpool wouldn't let him come to us for anything less than a ridiculous fee.
I've always been of the opinion he moves rather well for his size and tends to dominate defenders.
I'd also rate him as one of the Top 3 strikers aerially in the Prem

I believe AVB is fortunately cultured enough to not result to lumping the ball up to the big guy for his plan B therefore the purchase of Carroll to Spurs will never happen. Now if Harry was still here....

I agree, I think with the support our team looks like providing he could fire them in regularly.
Strong in the air, strong in general - but also has decent feet. Can work an angle to score.
I think he has been a total flop at Liverpool, and honestly I cant think of a solid reason why (perhaps the price tag/expectation?) but he was very good at Saudi Sportswashing Machine - people forget IMO.
One of his last games was against Arsenal (Saudi Sportswashing Machine won, iirc) - he dominatied every single ball in the air - had never seen such a complete performance from a Prem striker in the air for a very long time - an absolute monster, immense.
He was very good in the Championship with Saudi Sportswashing Machine, OK in the Prem but 6 goals in 42 appearances for Liverpool says that something isn't right with him.
