So unless some bids come absolutely out of the blue, it's likely that we will complete the deal for Lloris, maybe get Moutinho, and then have a really bloated squad in certain positions that is completely unbalanced and some weaknesses not met.

Fair enough, there could be some surprises. And I'll be delighted if there will be. But to be honest it ain't looking great.

Hard to tell at the moment isn't it. All the press are going with bad news for Spurs with Remy, Lloris, Moutinho and Willian all collapsing or now less likely. Can see two of them coming off and then be a case of addressing remaining weaknesses in January. But few loans deals also possible and something unexpected surely possible?

We EASILY have a Top 6 team.

We've lost Modric and King from our 1st 11 (King is tenuous, considering his injury)

We've gained Ade, Verts, Siggy and Dembele, who are all good enough for our 1st Team.

I understand there are various factors to consider in terms of changing management and system. However, we have a fantastic squad, on the verge of being exceptional.
