you also said a couple of days ago that there was no truth in the rumours regarding a bid for Lloris. If this bid is true then you got it wrong.

A couple of days ago yeah, Aulas said they only met yesterday.

Nail on head. I've said this time and time again - but top quality goalkeepers don't come about very often. It seems like no top clubs in Europe were after a new shot-stopper this summer, and the likes of Lloris might not be available again for us. As others have said before, when playing such a high line - it would help to have someone a bit more mobile than Freidel.

We're incapable of closing a deal for one player. what chance do you think we have of closing Lloris as well as the positions we actually need by friday? fudge all chance at all.

I highly doubt that Levy will let go of his best player and not replace him properly.

We've waited all this time for the deal to be sealed - so you would assume that Levy has targets lined up, or potentially deals in place. It's a bit different to letting go of Berbatov on deadline day and scrambling around for Fraser Campbell!

He said no Damiao a few days ago.

wtf after the inter chairman confirms it. He feeds us gonads for months about him saying it's done, "brazilian superstar on the way" blah blah and then after the chairman says he isn't leaving jjetset posts the deal is off..unfudgingreal.

with Lloris look at the guys posts on spurs community about him throughout the summer. Not interested in a goalie, won't sign him, ain't gonna happen, blah blah blah. Now he'll change his tune no doubt.
