Beryl - done as of 1am this morning. Lump upfront, lump for appearances and success. GHod knows what else. It's done.

Aoplogies for being slow on the uptake, but is Beryl supposed to mean Vertonghen? And if it is, for the sake of curiousity, why Beryl???

What the heck is wrong with some people! No offence meant! Jumping on bs peeps claiming that deal hz broken down and then some joker claims filth in for him and Ajax trying to hike up the price etc. It is all bs to this point. As far as I am aware things are very positive. I will not make the fatal mistake to say done deal! I accept anything can happen. I personally believe it will happen for reasons which i will not disclose. Stop hacking DL. I agree sometimes he can be a pin, but in this case he wants to make a statement with at least 2 early key signings, and a possible third. Please stop listening to the media bs, inless its fourth official who seems to be spot on more than most me thinks.
 
Really not sure about ?ú10m for Fletcher. OK, he's only 25 and has done at previous (brick) clubs but still....and for ?ú10m?

Would only want him if our other options done materialise and only as 4th choice behind, say, Adebayor, Remy and VdV
 
Fletcher and Jarvis are not the type of signings we need if we want to push on. Just not good enough for where we want to be in my opinion.

As much as I despise Celtic, if they were to leave the SPL - All the other teams will disintegrate. Incredible rumour though nonetheless. Will keep an eye out for that one.

I know an Atlantic league has been vaguely suggested in the past, Portugal, Holland, Belgium, Scotland and possibly Ireland or someone from Scandinavia.

never heard that before. Heard of a Scandinavian one and a joint Dutch and Belgian one.

Woody kept breaking down, Owen keeps breaking down, King keeps breaking down.

Dawson just fell badly, twice. it was unlucky. there's no reason to think that he has chronic conditions.

This is the single worst ITK ever. And it's a strong field.

?ú5.460.000 a year in wages ..... not sure I agree about the starting place though, pretty sure he'd love to join up with Harry at a big club like Tottenham and play an important impact role.
