Yes, it is like banging my head against the wall.


I come here to debate opinions, I'm perfectly happy if people call me out on mine and are willing to talk about them. That is the whole point in the message board. In the same way i will occasionally call other people out, I'm not saying my opinion is correct, just that if you believe your opinion that you at least try to fight your corner.

Who knows, somebody may actually post something during the debate that changes your mind. I hear that it does happen on occasion around here (though rarely in some cases..).

Because attacks are built up from the defense, and the defender in question is very good at just that, unlike what some on here brad our 'hoofers' ;)

What's to back up I said a couple pages back we should spend the money on a good centre half as 3 of ours are sick notes so for me pay the price .

And where will this money come from? WIll it detract from the possible 'transfer budget' we have in this window?


We have limited resources, if we are looking for multiple players we can't afford to spend too much on each one.

Who's to say its early in the window ? We might be selling players who knows .
Just think levy try's to drive a hard barging all the time sometimes you just gotta pay what's asked.

Did I try haggle the price after my st was put up again ? No cos you pay the money or someone else will it all depends on how much you want it.

But it might mean a slight sacrifice elsewhere .
 
If we are going to sell Modric we have to do it early on.


To be honest if they haven't made a serious offer we are willing to accept before the Pre-season starts I would just say no.



That said Levy probably has his eye on players just in case..

Very dangerous to do, because you can never be sure that somebody wants to buy them.


Sometimes you do i guess, i haven't seen enough of Vertonghen to determine whether this is one of those cases..

Because at least two if not three of our CB's are injury prone, we have messed around swapping CB's for years. We need to establish a consistent partnership and neither King or Gallas are going to be fit enough, long enough.
