this is the best way to utilize son and kane knew this

ange needs to prioritize lightning fast attacks instead of possession in the opponents half and intricate passing into goal

I think Ange does prioritise those attacks.

That's part of why his style includes a high press (good way to get turnovers and counter attacks) and playing through a high press (good way to get psedu counter attacks). Also the direct balls in behind particularly from Porro, but we don't have a lot of players who are good at that.

Sustained possession in the opponents half happens when the opponents drop deeper. When lightening quick attacks are essentially impossible.

Then conte did it better.

Under Ange very often we break and the left or right winger progresses 10m then turn and pass back or wait for the for the overlap to cross from instead of a distraction for son to cut in and shoot

Sure, Conte did it better. With Harry Kane. If doing it better is getting as many goals as possible from Son and Kane.

Ange doesn't have Kane, has us scoring at a really good rate. If Son isn't one of those on the scoresheet as often that doesn't matter as long as we score as a team.

ange should really watch "all son's goals" videos to figure out how to get the most out of him
angeball as it is now with better quality in treatment room than on the bench won't work. better to just tweak the system to get the most out of player's strengths

What's interesting is that we see Richi as a LWF alternative but he isn't a winger either. He'll always be on the narrow side in that pocket between full-back and centre half like Sonny.

I'm just looking forward to when it is a manager choice to play players. We need all our 1st teamers available and they are also playing so well that it gets really competitive. I'm sure it will happen at some point.

I'm looking forward to the manager having more than one fast winger in the squad!
 
Yeah it was bizarre to see Son twisting and turning and beating the right back, feels like we haven't seen that since he did it to Trippier
