U23s, Academy and Loanees

It's a low bar, but he's being hyped up as the most promising teenager in Ireland for years. Broke into St. Pats mens team at 15 and is the youngest ever goal scorer in the League of Ireland. I only watch the odd LoI game but know a few that go to games and they say he is unbelevable for his age.

Thought you were putting lol into your posts, like a 21 year old, lol.

Love it
Yet another striker!
Phoenix of Fire? Good name. I presume his brother is called Chariots or something.

Oh, Tyler:

Phoenix, a centre forward, has previously spent time in the youth ranks of Crystal Palace, Brentford and Queens Park Rangers among others.

Dad Martin announced that his son had joined Premier League outfit Tottenham via social media on Saturday, writing on Facebook: “Another proud day in the Offiah household as Phoenix signs for Spurs seven months after his older brother Tyler signed for Bath.

Really nice guy Martin
Used to meet him in Bedford when he played rugby here quite frequently

I think such a point can be reached. Assuming inside the club that's acknowledged too, and clearly they don't think we're at that point yet.

Think it depends on how willing and able we'll be to actually progress players through to the first team.

Creating that space has always been our problem. That doesn't feel like a major issue right now as the ones in front of the youngsters aren't that old either. Eventually you have to look at Davies and figure out the time is right to open the space. Ditto Madds, Richi etc. We know Werner and Forster are rolling off anyway.

Gonna be interesting to see how 15 kids progress.

Going to be very difficult as nobody are prepared to wait for success, Spurs and their fans are always looking to buy a player rather than bring in a kid. This policy has not proved to have won us anything. Every transfer window we have the same frenzy from fans to buy and the only reason so many of the academy are in the squad is the terrible injury list.
