U23s, Academy and Loanees

A friend of mine who is a youth coach at Spurs said that we're about to appoint the guy that heads up Everton's academy recruitment. Everton nicked him from Derby last year.

Interesting if true as we didn't really have anyone in this role previously. It signals that Paratici wants to place an emphasis on bringing in good players from other academies around the country as well as looking to develop our own talent.

I think this is a really positive thing.
