U23s, Academy and Loanees

U21s looked a bit stretched this season. So 3 signings for this group is not a bad idea. Can’t develop players if the team struggles due to lack of numbers.

You're right, it's a very inexperienced team, most have come up from U18s and are coming to terms with the rise of the level. At u18 level 1 or 2 outstanding players can win a game not so much at u21

Yeah. Hopefully really talented players that can go on to great things. Even if not quite at that level can be useful signings to make. And as we've seen before it's not always those who shine at 18 who go on to have impressive careers.

Very few matches tonight
QPR Blackburn at 1945 so Yang should play a part presumably

Starts on the bench.
I think that's where he will be for a while at least
Still young and new to this leave, so as long as he gets game time off the bench it will be good.

I'm sure he will impress in those appearances

Imagine signing for a company and knowing you can't actually join them for 11 months. That would be so annoying.

6 months is standard for my work, but we would be put in the garden and paid to do fudge all.

Looks like the future is pretty bright though with our youngsters.

It's also a bit of a cash cow because the academy is there not just to make players for spurs but also to turn a profit on those that don't make the squad and want to go elsewhere.

Imagine being 17 and knowing you are basically set for life (if you're not an idiot).
