We paid 40mill for Archie, didn't we? Why is ours ok and Everton's not.... for essentially two players after just a season of senior football?I think Everton’s offer is already more than he is worth.
Because ours was accepted whereas Soton want more.We paid 40mill for Archie, didn't we? Why is ours ok and Everton's not.... for essentially two players after just a season of senior football?
I think that’s a mad offerI think Everton’s offer is already more than he is worth.
How much would you take for Moore? He's independently valued at about £15m.I think that’s a mad offer
He has had part of a good ish season for his age
Except he hasn’t shown anything of Moores level at any age groupHow much would you take for Moore? He's independently valued at about £15m.
Dibling is pretty much a right-sided Moore
Just no.How much would you take for Moore? He's independently valued at about £15m.
Dibling is pretty much a right-sided Moore
3 times more senior appearances and playing an age group up for England (U21 vs U19). I appreciate Dibling is a year olderExcept he hasn’t shown anything of Moores level at any age group
He failed at youth level at Chelsea3 times more senior appearances and playing an age group up for England (U21 vs U19). I appreciate Dibling is a year older
We should have signed both because Baines was a LB and Bale even at Southampton was actually playing LM. Yes the talk was of him moving backwards but he was never particularly good defensively and where he excelled and why he stood out in the first place was playing LM.I remember a long debate on here one summer over whether we should sign Gareth Bale or Leighton Baines for LB. The correct answer was obviously both, although we didnt do too badly.
I wonder if if maybe Kudus is a Baines (what we need now) and Dibling is a Bale (what everyone will in the world will wish they had in 2-3 years time)
He didn't actually fail at Chelsea for football reasons, he was massively homesick and they let him leave. He was there for less than 6 months. He failed at youth level at Chelsea
Hence why he left
I appreciate you rate him but this is not a guy spoken of as a generational talent like Moore
Imagine him now going 300 miles away to scouse worldHe didn't actually fail at Chelsea for football reasons, he was massively homesick and they let him leave. He was there for less than 6 months.
I wouldn’t sign now for any club like Everton or Forrest now without a release clauseI like him alot, not for us given the Stockpile of young players we have, but I rate him. Be a good move for Everton
I really like himNot one to usually agree with @Gutter Boy but I do see a lot of similarities with Chris Waddle. If we can do a deal, think we should.
