Tottenham Hotspur V Brentford

10 pts cleat of the bottom 3 with a 30 goal swing in the GD, so call it 11

Leicester or Ipswich would have to win 4 games in their last 14, bearing in mind they have only managed 4 and 3 respectively in 24 so far, thats now a very good buffer

Irrespective of the next 2 matches, that result today might just see Ange through to the end of March and probably even the end of the season now

Decent performance in the circumstances. Quite low energy from us, particularly in the second half. Had to dig deep. Defended quite well. But definitely a game that could have gone otherwise (like many of our recent losses).

Some really good performances out there. Spence the best, but others too.

Great to finally get a league win.

Conserved energy. Very good.

Really good performance and result away from home.

Spence was excellent up against Mbuemo and as a team we just looked so much more disciplined. Two wins on the bounce can only be good for morale going into the Liverpool match and going forward if we can keep up that level of performance as we get players back then maybe, just maybe we can finish the season strongly.

Credit to Ange and the boys for the setup and performance today. Well played lads.

We are way way abow relegation… no way it is a danger

Yeah. No choice. Several players struggling for energy. Even just being able to give Bergvall and Sarr a start on the bench giving us fresh first level quality legs to put on helped.

I actually thought we looked OK in that regard. Thursday was a massive boost. And yes. Just two more senior subs would make the diff.

My big takeaway is that we looked more solid without Drags...
