Interesting suggestion, must say I haven't seen him play, but if credible links appear I will definitely be excited.

Left footed, named Benoit, ambitious on the ball, what's not to like about that.

Romero isn't suited to the central position in Conte's system because he wants to go to the ball, whereas our CCB sits behind the WCBs and mops up. In dogs and cats terms, Conte wants dogs at WCB and a cat at CCB.

I saw the comments from Conte that we might have a couple cases....but assumed it would be Kane and Son such that they miss both legs of the semi

Guess he'd be back for the NLD

Whoever it is might even be back for the Chelsea second leg
 
Signing Torres would mean we'd ahve 7CBs, so perhaps would add credence to the rumours that we've been offering Tanganga as a make-weight in deals
