No, he can't get into the Ajax team, is loaned out to Willem II btw.

These guys might eventually turn out to be decent strikers in the future. Right now I would keep far away from them.

Sell him now then! His form has seriously dropped off and I don't know if we'll see the Eriksen of 2014. If we can get £30 mil for him, it's a no brainer. Use the funds to go after MS, move Lammy to the #10 role and use Pritchard as a starter.

Speaking of black boxes and algorithms, here's a simple one I would hope Mitchell is using: look at all the common attributes of foreign players who have made an impact in the PL and find players from overseas who are promising AND have the exact same attributes.

It's a good thing that no other players go through periods of lower form, right? Otherwise all clubs would be selling every one of their players. Every player has good & bad times. Knowing how good Eriksen can be, why would we sell him on?!

Let's just get him back to form.

Not that simple at all.. What box would you put Torres in for example? Was he a success or failure?

I would love to see us get Embolo. Liked the lad first time I saw him. Not that that means anything, but for his age he seemed a very mature and composed player.

Don't get me wrong, I think he's a great player, but what if his form doesn't pick up this year? It's a crap shoot either way.
