Serious relegation fears

That's the bit I struggle with, I would be much less adverse to them winning it if people told the truth, they have fluked and clogged their way to the top. It's this "it's a wonderful story, little Leicester playing fantastic football and winning the league" cobbler that hacks me off.

Remember, Premier League Football is an entertainment and it need bums on seats and even more importantly eyeball watching around the world.
Leicester are the 'latest Star Wars movie! or the new car from Ford', a commodity. Your "it's a wonderful story, little Leicester playing fantastic football and winning the league" is just saying what the vast majority of people want to hear and think.

We are as popular as Jeremy Corbyn at a Bullingdon Club grand ball.

For me it's been an outstanding season for us Spurs fans and no one will persuade me to contrary.

I would not swap our improvement this season for anything NOT even the league title!

This Spurs team has only just started!

Scum or City take the last place in Pot 2 if they get 4th.

This is of course based on us finishing 2nd. Leicester, Real Madrid please.
I really hope we draw Leicester from Pot 1.

I know Chelsea players have said they'd rather Leicester win it than us, but have any actually alluded to throwing the game?

One and the same thing I think.

Fabregas:
"Spurs are pushing hard to get as close to them as possible but I think Leicester will win it and deservedly. I don't want Spurs to win it and, for what they've done through the season, I would love Leicester to win the Premier League."

Hazard:
"The fans, the club, the players, we don't want Tottenham to win the Premier League. We hope for Leicester because they deserve to be champions this season."

He might as well have put a bet on it.

We can't control what others do. We can only win our games, and if we end up short then we should look at ourselves, in particular the 1-0 defeat to Leicester. There's a long way to go still. Let's just win tonight and then we can think about all those other scenarios.

I can't help it...I'd love to see these 2 get injuries and miss the Euro's

It has been funny playing after Leicester - I am always miserable after their result, thinking that all hope is lost and that the season is done.

But then I go and watch us play and am just blown away by how good our team are and how well we are performing that my hopes go up.

Win today, comprehensively and the excitement will lift with hope that UTD can do us a favor.

I cant help but worry (after years of it being ingrained in the DNA) that we have a 'rick' left in us. Hopefully it wont be tonight. Definitely need to score 1st and before HT

You have laugh at hazzard, he cares that much about the club and the fans he hasn't turned up all year and he won't be there next season to give a stuff about it.

Does Pochettino even need to do a teamtalk next Monday night? Hazard has done it for him

Well whatever happens over the next few weeks, at least it's nice to actually be in contention for some major silverware during the run-in!

In stark contrast to the mid-table doldrums we had to endure a couple of decades back, when stumbling to 50pts and a top half finish was about as good as things got

2016: Leicester 76 (+30) / Second 68* (+39)
2015: Chelsea 83 (+42) / Sixth 58 (+5)
2014: Liverpool 80 (+52) / Sixth 63 (+2)

Crikey I never realised we were that close to the drop in 2004. Remember dicing with the drop in 98 when Klinsmann got 4 at Wimbledon

Actually its not that great generally

Only three of the last 10 Premier League winners have boasted both the best defence and the best attack in the league. Managers usually have to prioritise a route to the title, either through outgunning opponents or shutting them out.

Eleven of the 16 champions this century have led the goalscoring charts in their title-winning seasons, with United responsible for six of those under Alex Ferguson.

and @paxtonwolf we have a game in hand to play so will be top again after tonight :)
