Politics, politics, politics

Guys don't be bitter we've left deal with it :)
I'm not bitter, I voted remain knowing it was a risk that my vote is a gift to the SNP who I hate.
Any bitterness elsewhere will swiftly pass when people realise little is going to change.
IMV the eu has more to worry about than us.

I'm just puzzled at the way some people voted, I honestly have to question if they really understood what they were voting for.
Not anyone on here who all seem to have a decent grasp of the issue. But Wales for instance, heavily subsidised by the Eu, or the north of England effectively voting on the right of the spectrum. Weird.

are there any pure Brittons left?

I guess that's me out, my family name strongly suggests a French immigrant about 300 years ago

France was very different place back then, not sure exactly where "my shores" are

What would you class as pure? I was born in Enfield, England. So were both my parents and all 4 of my grandparents.

in what way?

I fear the rise of the political right, this referendum has been a filip to them

Without trawling through all you post about this since the result i have just took examples from your last couple. You have insinuated that those who disagree with you are ( take your pick) manipulated, self harming, narrow minded, turkeys. ( i sure they are more) As i say maybe its you who has the problem not those who had the cheek to vote for their rights/choice.

it seems that question is more pertinent to you, who should we be sending "back to their own shores"?

Again very easily answered. Those migrants who have bypassed a dozen countries to get to England in search of a better life. Support them when they need it yes but only until they can be safely returned.

Also, I'd like to know what people think about the 20-30 year old generation who have come to England within the last 3/4 years and are yet to work. I'm not sure people realise just how many of these there are. I am aware that this is a small percentage in the grand scheme of things but it's a major problem I hope is now addressed.

it's not people that disagree with me, most people do, it's the people that agree with the likes of Farage that I have issue with

the turkey/Christmas comment was merely an idiom by the way

Same as I think of Britons who refuse to work, society shouldn't have to support them at the cost of people with real needs.

So what you are saying is that all those that voted for Democracy ( the majority) are not self harming, turkeys, narrow minded, manipulated but they ALL support Farage and agree with every thing he says.

Surely we all agree on that. However, what about the difference that the former were bought up and educated in Britain and the latter haven't. We can't get rid of the home grown work shy (unfortunately) but under our terms any lazy slob who is here to attempt to sponge (Again I'm aware this is a small percentage but still a large number) can be returned to their home country. For the good of our country surely?

Listen, I'm really enjoying debating this subject and simply have to ask what is it about the UKIP manifesto you have issues with? Maybe 2/3 bullet points?

I'm genuinely trying to remember something they've mentioned I don't agree with. However, I'm sure if you mention something they've been quoted as saying that's wrong I'll admit as much.

You are mixing up refugees with migrants.
