OMT *** TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR V IPSWICH TOWN *** Sun 10th Nov, 14:00 BST, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

The day he was sacked was probably the only day in the quarter century I've supported this club where I shed tears over it.

To this day, I believe that moment epitomized everything I've since grown to loathe about how we are run, and the people in charge who don't understand the football club they own even after 25 years of owning it.

I feel you mate. We lost our way that day.

You know how I felt. And I shed many of them. Not just for Poch, but because I felt he would've corrected the final key areas and got us over the line.

The treatment of Poch broke me TBH. It really did.
It broke me.... I didn't really watch Spurs after for 3 years... It broke my love for football and almost the club I had supported all my life... Coming back at the end of the Conti era... Well, wasn't that a wonderful thing to experience.

I will never forgive Levy for what he did, and a large part of the problems we see today on the pitch, is down to him and the way he has managed the club, spunked £100's millions on potential rather than the players we need to push forward.

Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with getting potential, as long as it is not to the detriment of everything else.

Year on year, we have almost entire football team out on loan that cost millions to assemble... It's just wast...

And I think Ange is taking the brunt of this... We have a such a mediocre team, that is going to take years to sort out after the damage caused between Poch and Ange... Underpinned by problems in the sctructure of the club (Levy) going back decades.

Like selling Berbatov and Keane, and replacing them with Cambell and Pavlyuchenko...

When I left the Wanda on June 1st 2019, a little piece of me was broken. When I heard that clam Mourinho was in the stands as a guest in the first couple of home games of 2020 I was disgusted. When Poch was sacked in Nov 2020, another little piece broke.

I am generally an optimist and so I always get into (and behind) the club...but...

Delap is some some player, everything you want in terms of attitude

Solanke today only one who can take any credit at all from that

Pathetic, shambolic defending, lost too many tackles, too weak, too predictable especially with all those limp crosses we continued to put in

we are the gift that keeps on giving yet I come back every time in vain hope it will change but I’ve been doing that for 35 years. It’s hard supporting Spurs but I wouldn’t have it any other way

Seems that they don’t even need an upcoming international break as an excuse to start matches off slowly, perhaps Postecoglou needs to change his pre-match team talks so we don’t have a mountain to climb every week.

he'll never change. mind you, if he had the level of player resources that say, Emirates Marketing Project have, he'd finish 3rd in the league and probably win a cup every season. The only positive thing one can say about the Ange regime is...at least it's not boring.

Just home from the match, and i know I shouldn't go online but...
How many corners went straight to their goalkeeper today? As and when Ange is sacked - which will happen sooner or later, even if it is next season- surely a set-piece expert should be part of the next coaching team? And what does Spence have to do to get some minutes?
We start the second half with urgency, like we want to win the game - can we not start a match like that? Really hacked off, like everyone else, but I sat next to a lady on the train, who sees every game -had been in Turkey and will be at City away. Now THAT is dedication.

Conceeding soft goals repeatedly is getting very boring.

Nostalgia. With this talk of Poch, I remember what was so fantastic about Martin Jol's first season. We would win at home. At the time it was a novelty, as was being back in Europe....he's got no hair and we don't care - really good times. It seems that we need one or two midfielders on the level of Solanke. Physically imposing as well as technically good, able to go through a packed midfield. The first half routine of sideways passing back and forth just doesn't seem to achieve much at all.... And looking back, I recall times when we had a high quality 3rd striker. GHod knows where we would be if Solanke got injured.

It’s boring to lose to teams like Palace and Ipswich in the way that we have. And he doesn’t do himself any favours by standing there like a statue, stubbornly refusing to change the players on the pitch to try and win a game. Vibes FC is a thing of the past.

Nothing will change until we start to actually coach the defence and up the concentration levels which probably go in hand in hand. So many silly goals conceded and no one stepping up to lead the team.

We always set out to dominate in first halves, but our passing and movement isn't good enough to break down a settled defense with fresh legs. We then concede from almost every attack against us thanks to stupid mistakes and leave ourselves with a lot to do in the second half. Sometimes Ange makes the necessary changes when we're really stinking the place out, but other times he just waits until it's too late.

Thinking about which part of Madrid he wants to live in.
I really don’t get that link. Not that he isn’t a great footballer but because they won’t wanna pay for him
Their record on transfers has all been of late on young players. He doesn’t fit that bill at all and we would want a profit on what was already a big fee
