Well it was after our heavy AET defeat away in Italy.
Games like Fulham happen: teams sit deep and play on the break and we were clearly off the boil.
More inexplicable to me were the 6 dropped points when winning against pool and Everton. Several, catastrophic individual errors.
Hopefully they won't cost us as our overall form will have been good enough.

Still say we would have lost whoever we played that day after the game in Italy. Just fell badly for us that day, as you say, games like that happen.
The 2nd Everton goal at Goodison was the killer blow, 1-1 would have been bad enough, but the 2nd was gutwrenching

Yep, galling as it is, I can accept that we won't win all our home games; there is no entitlement, especially in the context of what happened on the Thursday.
Losing two games from winning positions through individual errors is another matter!

No, the point is how many points the 5th placed team had. As in, if Arsenal had only achieved 70 points that season, they would have qualified.

Anyway there isn't a chance Saudi Sportswashing Machine are gonna put out a weakened team on the last game of the season.

Shame Saudi Sportswashing Machine are playing for nothing on the last day. Changes everything, but then again all they needed was a point vs QPR so we cant be too disapointed.
