Morgan Gibbs-White

I don't get the fans that say we should move on, are these the same people that have a go at the club for getting second choices because the transfer gets to hard/expensive?

MGW seems to be Franks first choice , shouldn't he remain our priority?

Like with most things the narrative will be decided by the outcome. If it eventually goes through = we done the right thing, getting our first choice target. If it dies = we should have moved on sooner/we're clams for not backing the manager.

Chelsea didn't with theirs. They infact sold it to themselves (another company owned by clearlake) while still recording all the revenues on their turnover as they run it.
The Ascott run the hotel not Chelsea. Selling the hotel to themselves (the property) has no bearing on them running it.

100%
There is a reason we want him and therefore a plan
What’s changed
Nothing's changed. We are just waiting for the big man at Forest to get over his sulk and green light the move.
He needs to get to grips with the fact that the chance to sell Gibbs-White to Emirates Marketing Project for big bucks has gone. Maybe we are also keeping quiet and not rocking the boat so as to give them chance to get a player or two in without it being crystal clear that they have another £60million heading into their accounts and ripe for plucking by potential sellers.

Is it actually part of the contract to hold matches , I'm not sure it is. The hotel is only going to have around 180 rooms which is hardly going to make any difference to fans attending matches. Some reports just say expected to be open in time for the euros, even though some work has been done on the foundations not a single storey has been built yet and until Spurs announce a contractor they won't start building.

I'm not sure if it's part of UEFA's agreement with the FA for the tournament, or the FA's agreement with the club for the games. But I definitely read in an official document that it's a condition.

It won't be for fans. It will be for officials and journalists etc. So they don't have to use that Travelodge along the North Circular.

Said it before but there’s no way officials or journalists are staying in Tottenham.

Better get the Chinese in to build it so it's ready in time, trouble is are we allowing foreign workers into the country after Brexit :)
