I've watched since he was a kid and was snatched by United. He's always been good, but his finishing has let him down. The last couple of seasons he has adressed that with intensive training. He's much more relaxed in front of goal now. He'd be a good addition. Can play as a winger too.He had a decent season last year when he scored 16 goals, however over all is record in England is 28 goals in 159 games. ( and as i say 16 of them was last season).
That is not say that he will not step up and do it again.
He has massively overperformed for six months. Will go back to being average soon enough.

I'm not saying King is, but if he's an instant upgrade on Janssen, why should we persist with Janssen? King is strong as an ox, has pace, is good in the air, works hard for the team, and can play on the wing. I'd welcome him in the team. He won't be a starter, but atm I belive he's a better player overall than Janssen.Maybe, however i would rather we gave Janssen more time to settle and he will only get that with more games. If we bring King in that may ration his chances and to be honest i do not think King is that good. But it dépends on what Poch see's/thinks.

Will he be better than Janssen a year from now or two years from now is just as relevant.I'm not saying King is, but if he's an instant upgrade on Janssen, why should we persist with Janssen? He's the only Norwegian player in recent years that's not completely brick! One of the few Norwegian players we've been linked with over the years I wouldn't mind us signing.
All depends on if he's actually stepped up a level with his finishing recently or if he's just on a hot streak. Not sure what the answer is to that.
I'd rather we keep Janssen, unless we get an absolute worldie I doubt he's going to be replaced....People seem to miss the fact that this "kid" is older than Eriksen, not sure I'd be betting on him suddenly becoming something special, VJ is two years younger and has at least a prolific season at a top level behind him.
Not convinced he's going to become special either, as such it might not be the best use of our developmental resources so to speak.People seem to miss the fact that this "kid" is older than Eriksen, not sure I'd be betting on him suddenly becoming something special, VJ is two years younger and has at least a prolific season at a top level behind him.
Would be as another option I would have thought. Can play wide, can play in a partnership with Kane or Janssen. Would give us another quite pacey option.I'd rather we keep Janssen, unless we get an absolute worldie I doubt he's going to be replaced....
If he does it again I am guessing he will be out of our spending league
