Dont get that at all. So I take it that's to sell Bassong permanently for cash? And Nelson as cover? We are stop-gapping for the summer, for whatever reason?
 
The most confusing thing for me is, why has it taken until the final day to get rid of Pavlyuchenko for ?ú11m? or to get rid of Bassong? or to deny Pienaar a move due to injuries to our team?

Makes no sense!
 
Calm down, Harry said Saha is just for 6 months and Nelsen won't be much more

They are just free/cheap experienced heads for our run in, not first teamers

Just cover when Ade / King / Gallas / Kaboul / Dawson all out so shouldn't be needed too much
 
Perhaps short term loans until end of the season so a new manager can get in who he wants? If Harry doesnt get banged up he will probably leave to manage England.
 
Saha is loan until the summer and we'll sign him on a permanent if his fitness is fine (Bit like Gudjohnsen's deal sort of).

Nelsen is a free transfer if it goes through
