Huge job ahead for Tudor for sure.

This feels to me worse than last season with regards to league form. At least last season we had managed to stem the injury crisis somewhat. And at this stage I think had started prioritising the EL, meaning that we could go back to prioritising the PL if we had to.

Unfortunately the only real way to properly get a lift, get confidence back is through results. On the positive side one or two good results could make a big difference.

Last season we had the 2 or 3 wins around late Jan vs Brentford Ipswich and united iIRC
We haven’t had a win since last year this season
That’s the toxic part he has to fix asap

And the small group that is currently taking the burden, are primed to be the next casualties.

One blessing is we skipped this round of the CL.....having midweek games (and travel) at the moment would be scary.

Fully agreed. Not being in the FA Cup and having a somewhat longer break before the NLD hopefully will protect them somewhat in the upcoming games.

Part of Tudor's job now is to manage that conflict between the need for results, ideally quick results and the need to not worsen or extend the current injury crisis. Said this before, but to me that ended up one of Frank's failures (later part of his stint, was good at that early on) and part of why he imo had to go.

Fully agreed. Not being in the FA Cup and having a somewhat longer break before the NLD hopefully will protect them somewhat in the upcoming games.

Other positives are Tel and Muani don't have many miles in the clock this season, neither does Gallagher or Radu.
Romero should be bang on it when returning from his suspension rest.

It's not quite 13 to be fair - We had Solanke, Tel and Richi come off the bench (14) plus Souza available plus Porro and Danso due back this week and then Romero after suspension and Udogie potential return date around mid March. So looking slightly better for the time being at least...
