I need a letter from Spurs/Bale for my neighbours to explain the loud noise and explicit language. That was outragous and I must say what ever doubts I had about this guy being truly world class are now gone. He is special and he is what Spurs are about - to dare is to do!!

i dont know man. whats he on.....like 186 goals in 180 games for the second best team on earth? 43 odd goals in a single season for man united.......CL winner...FA winner...prem winner.......footballer of the year runner up
bold statement but tonight i wont argue it cause bale looks like something you tell your kids at night to make sure they play good defense

actually harry said left wing, wing back OR centre forward. and bale agreed with harry for the last bit
all of those positions would see bale excel and the team play well
you would think that bale playing in the middle was a no brainer now. but see the strong resistance AGAINST it some 2 or 3 years ago
people were actually more concerned about who would cross the ball??!!....to whom exactly?? especially when we werent scoring
no bale would be great in any one of those positions.
if we had modric and falcao and VDV was still here i would certainly not see the harm in getting bale in at left back

Don't mate...we managed to step away from this very real 'past'...Levy deserves a LOT of credit for supporting the boy, and 'tis why the Bales and Levy have such a strong relationship...

I said that is where I thought he would play if he joined Barca (when there was speculation linking him with them). You can't argue with his form in a free role, something that I remember you being against him playing.

The free-role works so well because the player has received better coaching, the team works harder for each other and also works hard to give Bale an extra yard of space to move into. I know there are VDV acolytes here, but honestly, Bale would not have the space to step into if he was here! The player has improved a lot, the coaching has been top-notch, the team mentality is better than ever and the benefits are there for all to see. It is the reason I think if we do confirm CL (especially in 3rd) he could well stay another season or so providing we can stump up the cash. BTW, how happy would be if the money we didn't spend on, say, a Negredo went to keeping Bale?!!!
