Mind boggling to think that despite everything Trump has done over the past 4 years he’s still received more votes than Obama did in 2008America really is one messed up country!
That's pretty typical in total votes over time. There are more than 20m more Americans now than in 2008.
Can he do all.of that via exec orders? Not sure he can.
Isn't he just undoing Trump's executive orders?
Those he can, I can't remember but I'm not sure those are all EOs.

So is the climate agreement not a treaty then? I know that can't be altered by EO.
From my limited research it seems it was never ratified, it was an Obama executive order in the first place.
It was not possible to leave the agreement for the first three years and on that very date Trump signed an executive order to leave which came into effect a year later.
This is what I'm talking about when I say Obama didn't gain agreement well enough.
Until Trump, the number of EOs put forward by Obama were unheard of. The obvious weakness being that they only hold value as long as that president holds office.
