The Official 2015/16 Premier League Thread

Massively unrepeatable stretches of luck.

They've got two forwards finishing at the rate of world top 10 strikers and a goalkeeper putting in a save percentage Lloris would be happy with.

I'll accept that Mahrez is a very good player (although clearly on a hot streak), but either Vardy and whoever their keeper is are top 10 in the world or they're just in brick hot form.

I'm going to assume that Barca aren't knocking down the door for Vardy and that the latter is true.

Even given your points they are there on the merit of how well they are playing, regardless of the part played by luck in that. The element that subtracts from the way they are playing is how crap the usual suspects have been this season.

fudgein dumb qunt Brom centre half galloping up the pitch almost at half-time. fudgein brain dead, useless qunt.

All a team has to do against this lot is keep their discipline ffs.

OK, rant over.
They do like to score in injury time though, don't they?

No point watching the second half here. fudging useless WBA. And fudging lucky clams Leicester.

WBA will not be doing us any favours here. They will ship at least one more if not two more goals unless they change their tactics.

They don't have a history of doing us any favours. At least it's because they're brick, not throwing it into the back of the net like last time.

Why is that not a freekick? Do that in a central area and the whistle comes up straight away.

@scaramanga & @Daisuk all you have to do is watch them play. They are a good team. More fizz than say arsnal, and decent skills too.

Mahrez, Kante & Okazaki are good players, Vardy is bloody clam, who's quick and happens to score goals at the moment. I thought Leicester played a really good game away to City - apart from that, I haven't been impressed with how they've played at all. They sit back and get the odd goal. It's like watching Chelski the year they won the Champions League - hardly impressive or worthy of much praise. They are a decent side, who have gotten some impressive results playing to their strengths, but they have been insanely lucky along the way, in my opinion, and it's a bit of a miracle that they're still leading the Premier League. That last gasp goal against Norwich, for instance. They created fudge all in the second half, Norwich came very close twice, controlled much of the game, yet got stung by not being able to clear a low cross into the box. Not to mention how they stole the points at The Lane. It infuriates me to watch them play.
