*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur V Sunderland ***

Jenas is average at absolutely everything isn't he. Even being a pundit - I bet his missus hasn't been given a good seeing to in years!

If Lennon does come on, formation doesn't change. Rafa drops in to where Luka has been operating and Luka drops into help Scott

The big change is that we'd have more goal threat, be able to attack on two flanks and lastly get Modric back into his best position

People hammering Sandro, but where the hell have Rafa, Ade, Bale, Modric, Walker been? At doing their job - attacking - they've been every inch as poor as Sandro, and in most part worse I'd say since none of them have given anything.

People need to stop exaggerating, we haven't been awful at all, we're away, at a side that has had one of the best points total in the league since O'Neill came in. We're not going to go into every game and register 20 shots on target.

Can't agree with that. Surely VDV will play more central and further up the pitch and Lennon will stay wide right instead of roaming?

That's the players individual natural inclinations to do that. The formation will be the same yet we will have width and be more attacking.
Basically what Harry said last week, when Lennon came on against swansea

Absolutely spot on. The knee-jerkery in these match threads is insane.

Oh please. We aren't losing, have dominated possession and have had the better chances from open play. We are playing AWAY from home against one of the form teams in the league. Hardly awful. Awful would see us hardly touch the ball and our keeper having to work his arse off.

Dominating possession pointlessly, rolling it sideways in our own half before conceding possession under no pressure is awful as well; it's just a different kind of awful.
