Good stuff from the City lads. Ignoring all the raging debates about sugar-daddies and nouveau riche clubs for a moment, it has to be acknowledged that City do some good things for their community that we as a club could pick up on.
 
^Aye, but that's like asking me to do as much good as Bill Gates! :lol: Like Spurs I'm relatively well off compared to most of the world, but it's still true that when you've got infinite money to burn, it's not exactly as challenging or self-sacrificial to give some of it away since you don't have to give up other choices. The spirit is still right, but you have to keep in mind that our club's money mostly comes from fans and Sky TV money, and you can bet that more than a few of us would be moaning if a couple of our own quid went to homeless youths instead of a shiny new striker. Though we should do as much as we can, within our own means - and we certainly have some very decent club and individual player initiatives.
