The Toby Maguire films kinda' ran their course, Spiderman 3 was widely panned for being a clusterfudge of a movie, Sony own the rights to the Spiderman franchise (which is why you won't see him in any Avengers movies) and when they scrapped Spiderman 4 with Maguire they cleaned the slate. Far too much money to lose out on with merch and ticket sales to not have a Spiderman film for a long time. Sequel has already been penned in for May 2014!
Batman finishes this year too but you won't see a reboot for ages, sadly

3D - Don't think they used the tech as well as they could have, but a decent use of 3D.

I was soooooo disappointed in 2 movies I've seen recently. Drive and Moneyball.
I usually like a good slow build movie but fudge me, Drive just took the tinkle.
And I still stand by my comments before that Brad Pitt is one of the most over rated actors out there. I dunno, put Leo or Matt Damon or someone with some chops in that role and maybe it would have been interesting. What was Brad Pitt trying to pull off? Was he a down beat never was who the system screwed over? Or was he a ****y bastard who knew better than everyone else? Because for different scenes I got different vibes.

Yep, spoke about this film on here before. It's quite haunting.
I don't get disgusted or creeped out by anything really, but the last 20-30 minutes were disturbing to say the least.
It was really OTT, but it wasn't silly or anything like that. The makeup department did some seriously good work.

Going to see Spiderman in 3D tonight!
Serbian film was nothing. The cinematography and soundtrack made it completely unrealistic for me. More like Braindead with better makeup. Too much focus on shock and a terrible storyline.

Spiderman was decent. Better than the last one, not quite as good as the first Spiderman, Spiderman 2 remains the best! 7 out of 10.
