Looks like 18 months prior to his sacking things were fine (2nd yellow line from the left)
The downward trend started in Dec/Jan 17.
That date is the mid point between the 1st and 2nd yellow line. There's no downward trend at that point.
18 months prior to his sacking we were doing just fine- things started going down not long after but that's some crystal ball you've got if you were calling it at that point.

I don't think he was sacked for missing Europe our performances in the league were poor & as I said poch looked broken
I agree with you about Hitchen & our recruitment department I could be wrong but I thought poch had a say on who we bought.

It all started going downhill around the time of his book, from memory. That's the point the world realised there was no science behind what he did and the whole thing was misdirection and woo.

What Finney was saying is that Poch earned the right to be able to miss out on Europe whilst rebuilding properly. A right he never got.

I didn't watch the final I didn't want us to loose but while he was in charge I stopped watching us. I hated that clam so much.

My hatred for Graham he played anti football took bribes hated us played & managed arsenal. Only a macaron would employ him as our manager he was the complete opposite to what I believe Tottenham Hotspur stands for

I still refer to him as 'man in a raincoat'...agreed. A disgrace. I actually found some admiration for Tony Adams, who he invited to join as a coach. Adams effectively said he'd rather be unemployed. Grudging respect for that.
