If we are going to keep Ange, then we need to get him coaches that can train professional footballers to do basics properly.Obviously today was bad and unacceptable. But if we’re serious about a rebuild and Ange is the manager we’ve chosen to lead that rebuild then he needs this season and next for sure.
And now that we’ve got a good infrastructure within the club hierarchy I don’t think Levy being trigger happy is going to happen. Ange will go when the likes of Lange and Munn no longer have faith in him.
There does need to be a post mortem though on why we are so inconsistent ((or maybe why we are so consistent when it comes to being the gift that keeps on giving, depending how you look at it).
Everything is just so disjointed, the players look lost half the time... Sarr done an amazing run today, played a cutting ball behind the defence, the rest just stood their like dribbling idiots.
I honestly think we have seen Ange ball once, properly. We have see glimpses of it in games, like Villa last year... But full on Ange ball for 90 minutes... Not once, and the players we got are supposed to be champions league quality...
Out problems is all down to coaching, becaue we look as though we haven;t be coached for years and heavily relying on individual skill.
