Tyler Dibling

I really really like him
People are looking to the stats forgetting who he is supplying and playing for
Southampton’s are toilet
As bad as any team we have ever seen in this league and he is standing out

Also worth noting that Chelsea have already spotted his talent and signed him. He was just homesick so they let him go back to Southampton.

Yep
I mentioned that before too
Now for me that’s why this a is a huge decision for him
What he does know is here he would be with a similar group of players age wise

A chance to have our Cole Palmer or Foden?

A player in the position our best 11 is standout the weakest in?
I don't disregard his talent or potential, I just find the timing of it in our current situation and amount of money potentially involved weird.

Though isn't he currently injured still out for another 3-4 weeks... makes sense there I suppose.

If we accept we're likely to finish about 14th and win nothing, surely its best to make the best possible long term signing for the club we can. Rather than blow the same amount of money on say Rashford and Maguire, who we'll be desperately trying to pay off the wage bill in 12 months time

Bodes well then for him staying with us a long time.
I'd hope the experience taught him what to expect and now if he's making a move again this time he's ready for it. I wouldn't hold a failed move to the chaos that is Chelsea at 16 years old against him. :grimacing:

We need a RWF even with a fit and firing Johnson, so if he's the guy and he does fit the profile I'm down.

Dibbling and Delap would be a dream window.

Personally I love Wharton, know he has injuries this year but would love him in our midfield.

It would give us some incredible future talent along with that we have already. Not sure our supporters have the stones for it though, because we'd essentially need another season or so for it all to click.
