He's not better than anything we got already, and we're not short of association trained players. We need club trained player to fill up the UEFA quota.
He also seems to be a massive prick too. No thanks!

I think scenarios like that are just dreamt up on football forums to be honest

Transfers don't really work like that. You can finance a transfer over years, realistically up to the length of the players contract, but then that means you've got less in the coffers for each year. What i'm saying is we don't likely need player sales to go through to put an extra £10m on the table as £10m over 3-5 years is relative peanuts

We might have set a notional figure though, say £150m plus sales. And under that self imposed fiscal rule, Biss going allows us to meet both City and Como's magic figures?

I think its more a squad structure (foreign v home grown blah blah) and wages thing rather than a transfer fee thing.
