Would Garnacho be worthwhile?
Ticks the HG criteria, works hard and can play right side or left side.
Seems to be holding on for Chelsea but if we can get him for £40m or loan then I think we could do a lot worse.

He's not better than anything we got already, and we're not short of association trained players. We need club trained player to fill up the UEFA quota.
He also seems to be a massive prick too. No thanks!
 
Maybe the Biss sale has put an extra £10m in our coffers to enable this?
Transfers don't really work like that. You can finance a transfer over years, realistically up to the length of the players contract, but then that means you've got less in the coffers for each year. What i'm saying is we don't likely need player sales to go through to put an extra £10m on the table as £10m over 3-5 years is relative peanuts

We might have set a notional figure though, say £150m plus sales. And under that self imposed fiscal rule, Biss going allows us to meet both City and Como's magic figures?
