Yes was sceptical at first but last night and tonight was good looking at the table chopping and changing with lots of games having something riding on them
Tonight alone
1pt ended up seperating 6th to 11th
and
1pt ended up seperating 18th to 26th

So many teams chopping and changing between auto-qualifying and the play-off and other fluctuating between the play-offs and exit

I am a convert. Plus this format does not see CL teams getting a 2nd chance in the Europa league which I like too

This is why I've always said he should be eased into the team, too many people who have never seen him play and have no idea what the gap is from U18s to 1st team expect far too much from him, he's a real talent just needs time.

Fair play to you. I enjoyed seeing the youngsters score but for 75 minutes we were pretty dull. The football has very little tempo.

As for the opo they offered nothing. I do believe they are out of season. A conference side would have offered more going forward.

Win and progression through to knockouts so that’s a positive.
 
I thought it was a good result against a team who just parked the bus, the longer we took to score it built the tension but I felt it was inevitable that once we scored we would get more. There are far tougher games coming up and we will be pushed to our limit, we aren't out of the woods, but it's nice to be able to enjoy the moment for now
 
for once it was a relaxing game to watch. They really sat back and apart from one scare after the break it was plain sailing. I have to say that Radu for me against all opposition looks ropey on the ground. I am really not convinced by him at all. I think he needs to be in a team that plays a low block and on the break all game long. He is that kind of defender.

VDV looking smooth, the rest of the defense was not really pushed.

we look good enough without really looking convincing. We had some chances that could have gone in but they were not clear cut by any means.

Moore and Ajayi brought some direct running and it helped a lot.

So easy enough and its good to not be in the comp again until march. Lets get our players back.
