Gold saying we're keeping an eye on Edwards. 2 years left on his contract, still a 35% sell on fee. Wouldn't cost a ton, club trained.
Gold also pretty much saying that we're still in the market for anther winger this summer after loaning Werner. To me that makes sense even though I know others think differently. Not sure Edwards is the solution though.
Could quite feasibly buy him and sell him on at a small profit without him playing a game.

Agreed. Maybe as a late in the window, if Ange wants a player like him in addition to what we have and we can't afford others or have no more room for non HG players it would be alright. But if we sign another winger I'd like it to be a real difference maker.
