I liked Duran and he may be end uk being top drawer but that kind of fee is elite money for a proven player which he isn’t, yet

Sure and I'm not suggesting we should buy him just saying I can understand his pricing. He's much younger than Solanke and has the hype behind him and the goals. He's never going to be cheap at this point.

One prolific season is entirely different than "proven". He's a seasoned PL pro. Claiming he's only had one proven season is completely wide of the mark.
