Ahhhhhhh.
Just in from an early morning vist to a client's office. Expecting the usual cheeky taunting of the two resident gewwner brats who work nearby, I strolled in with a huge grin, my eyebrows bouncing up and down. One look at their sad faces said a lot. First words out of one's mouth were: 'Fcuk off, you're not getting him', and with that he turned away to work at his computer screen.
HaHa. They've been touting him as their impending saviour for months, the new star to join Wheelchair in the midfield foundation of a new contender. I don't know if we'll get him. But the insecurity this story has inflicted on these knobs is priceless.

Serie A had a one off last season when it was incredibly weak.
All our closest rivals in the league get back to European action this week. Having such a packed schedule will no doubt benefit them in the league and we'll see Spurs drop out of the top 4 soon enough.

It is a puzzle.. Do i wish for an AC milan win midweek? knowing that Falling out of competitions usually sets le arse on a bad run... Or do i hope they sneak a win and gain more fixture congestion for the future... what a dilemma...

Ideally they'd get to the quarter finals and get tonked by Barca, by then they would have hopefully slipped in the running for 4th place. I'm quietly confident we will finish above them now, but I'm worried that Chelsea are going to fudge it up and finish behind them.

Look at how silly their reaction is just at the mention of Hazard wanting to join Spurs, he hasn't even signed for us yet lol!
They've been the better team for 15 years, their reaction to us becoming better than them is laughable! If you watch any of their away games, nearly every song they sing is either about Redknapp or Spurs. I don't remember us being that bad even when we were truly awful. We had the odd song about them but we also sang about our own team.
