I watched a bit of the Gala game this weekend; Sanchez hasn't changed. Still physically good, strong challenges, but tends to shank it out of play or try a through ball that is literally twice as strong as it should be, or heading it wildly off target.

Was linked with Everton recently. If they sell Branthwaite and get Sanchez they are mental
 
If only we had another managerial change this season. We could redo the whole "maybe this manager will be the one to get the best out of Ndombele at last" conversation... Ah, I dream. Unfortunately we're cursed with having the same manager again...

On a serious note. Just one year left of his contract so should be out the door one way or the other when the transfer window closes. Maybe he'll have a Taraabt style late career resurgence somewhere else.
