We are so, so lucky to have him. He is a mental GIANT. The honor and respect with which he both plays the game and wears our shirt is everything this club is to me. Gold motherfudging star!
The interview after the game was interesting and showed a bit more of him
- He was obviously horrified about the injury and sorry for it
- But he felt he also had a duty to his team, the club and fans ..

It's funny but a pundit last night said Son was probably the one Spurs players who hasn't been completely off form during this tough period.

Son has apparently ceased relations with his informal agents of the past ten years (Sports United). Apparently Sports United went behind his back, sold their company to a Korean TV drama company (ANDU Entertainment) after he had expressly warned them that he would stop working with them if they did... and then ANDU Entertainment bragged about Son being the face of their new sports agency and star of future commercials, which was apparently how Son found out about the sale and cancelled all relations after that.
All this means he doesn't have an agent now - back with his dad again.
Jorge Mendes has just entered our club, via Mourinho.
Gestifute might be the agency Son ends up signing for, in which case, we will have some issues on our hands.
I'd rather we just give him a fat new contract now, with his dad running things, before he signs for Mendes.

Someone in the little flick says South Korea is a small country, so I looked it up - only 50 million people living there.
Have to say, I happened to be in South Korea during the CL final (don't ask) and while Son is huge there, I was slightly surprised to see more LIverpool fans coming out than Spurs/Son fans, which I really did not expect.
However, I still love Son and he is my favourite player.
