Son Heung-Min

Has there ever been a game of football anywhere, where this hasn't happened; one player gets kicked, and thinks I'm going to kick him back?
Does a player dislocate and fracture his ankle every game?
Absolute freak occurrence, nothing to do with whether Son wanted a bit of retribution.

The worst i saw was David Buust with Schmeical having a reaction similar to Sons

That was horrific, it was due to two players tackling from either side which is why I thought Aurier and Son might have done something similar when I saw the reaction of the other players.

I actually went to the testimonial, Sir Les and Gazza played for Cov, United were at full strength and Cantona scored his last two goals for them. They gave a pen at the end and Busst came on and scored which was a nice touch.

To think Son would have gone to War with South Korea if needed and the criteria was right ... A yellow belly I would not go into the trenches with.
That's the beauty (or the horror) of military service / conscription. Its proponents say that it makes boys into men. Its detractors point out that not everyone's cut out for service (never mind actually going to war) and many young men end up damaged mentally. *shrugs*

And yet Son never shirks his responsibilities on the pitch. Even if he's playing left back, you know he'll give it his all.

I think even the army are on top of emotional intelligence now, and realise that robots don't make the best soldiers, esp when it comes to decisions

Good to see Son back in the goals and nice gesture of peace/sorrow re Gomes after the first goal.
Hopefully getting back to his best as it's likely he'll be key in us being able to overcome Sheffield United's mean defence (and keeping them pinned back further away from our goal most of the game..hopefully)
