We’re on the same page then. Saying the club ‘made’ xxxx gives the wrong impression. Turnover is vanity profit is sanity.

My guess is, Viv Lewis hating Levy and deciding she wants a legacy that isn't 'being Joe Lewis's kid'.

If she pulls off a Spurs revival, she'll be remembered as the owner that brought us what Joe couldn't. Guessing that might at least partly explain this largesse.
