In the way that the disinterest seems to come from it not being enough of a challenge. He can do everything, in the sense that if he had the application he'd be talked about as one of the best players in the world.

Sometimes those type of players need the right club and right manager and sometimes nothing can get them to kick on.

He wouldn't be first on my list, I'd look at N’Diaye. If it was a loan with no obligation however I'd swap him for Muani in a heartbeat.

Leao is 27. Tel is 21. Leao is at his peak and arguably declining (his Milan form has been going downhill for a couple of years). They are not really comparable.
 
Gonna have to let me know when Tel wins Seria A player of the season and puts up 20 goals and assists 4 years in a row.

Leao was better than Tel is at 19, at 20 and at 21. If we want to talk about potential Leao has underperformed yet not only is he better than Tel is at the same age, their expected potential are not even the same.

It's always funny the people who rubbish other leagues as rubbish are the same people who never actually watch anything but the PL. 🤦🏿‍♂️
