He will be all over the place in the prem defending wise
Then what's the point? We gain a bit going forwards, but lose the same defensively, net zero gain. He's ...not very good in the defensive aspects.

Once again we spend £45m and get nowhere.
That will be the umpteenth time we waste big money on wing backs and full backs rather than paying for 1 top "top top" top top player

Is there a better rwb in europe we could actually get?

Hard to tell, as few teams employ specialist WBs anymore. Us and Sporting are in a fairly select group in the top leagues for playing 5-2-3

He would be an awful full backSeems like the interest in Porro is real at least.
Do you think he would be suitable for an attacking full back role when/if Conte leaves? Or would he be a wing back specialist that would struggle in a full back role?
Really want us to get the players Conte needs, also really want us to future proof the squad.
I hope he's both if the club is really pushing for him.
He would be an awful full back
He is poor at defending as it is and would need a LOT of work on that front
He is a winger playing wing back because wingers dont exist anymore
he could play Spence who can do both sides of the game well
I’d argue no player is proven until given a chanceAt the top level? Not proven yet
SmallHave you seen a lot of him? What are his problems defensively?
From what I saw against us I was rather impressed with his defending one on one against Perisic. Perisic is really good at getting enough separation from the defender to get a good cross in. Yet he struggled with that against Porro.
Is it more awareness, decision making, positioning kind of thing that makes you think he'd be an awful full back? Or is he poor one on one defensively too and just happened to look good against us?
Small
Positioning is that of a winger
Not a tackler more a blocker of runs and directional play
He is rash or dumb though which is an issue I think a lot of converted players could have
Perisic is easy to deal with movement wise as his strength is his crossing not his running. Don’t forget they were defending leads against us
He didHaven't seen enough of him to have an opinion on your first points.
Perisic is not easy to deal with one on one though. He's not one to just go past players with ease. But he's very good at getting enough space one on one to deliver a quality cross. Benefits him that he can go either way if the defender can get close and can cross well if the defender stands off him too.
Porro dealt with him very well one on one imo.

That would probably depend on how much we are willing to spend.
I think there are equally good ones we could get for less moneyAs i said that we can actually get. Say our budget is £50m.
