They should see it as a springboard for further additions. There's a gap on the left, we are lacking a Kudus calibre player out there. They should look at this and think what can we achieve if we improve further from what we already have.

It's as simple as we now have a coach that looks at our deficiencies and tries to protect them as much as possible while at the same time looking at the flaws of the opposition and trying to take as much advantage of them as possible. It's just something the previous regime weren't prepared to do.
