He was running on empty after 45 minutes , so an hour would have been plenty surely ? That would have pushed him to his limit and then give him a 70-80 minutes or even 90 minutes in the Europa league at a slower tempo or maybe against Tamworth.
He was actually telling teammates not to pass to him in the last ten minutes and was hunched over multiple times. He was exhausted and cramping up continually.

I thought he wasn't quite the same after his body-blow pushed onto the post. Seemed to knock the stuffing out of him a little.
 
Something really satisfying about that win today. Been critical of Ange and his use of the squad in recent weeks but I liked his fight this week in the press conference and was happy too see some changes to line up today.

Southampton are clearly in a bad place but was a strong first half, a sensibly managed second and was really great to see young players like Dorrington and Lankshear joining Gray and Bergvall on the pitch at the end. Positive day for sure.

Yep , big step up and I think he's only just 18 isn't he ?
Unlike Gray who's played at the top of the championship every week and got quite a few games under his belt this season now. He definitely looks more ready for first team football , but then again he should be , he cost £40m , Bergvall £5m.

No that sounds about right.
The We Want Levy Out chants weren’t as loud but the “I don’t care about levy…. All I care about is Kulusevski” song was loud and oft repeated - probably because it is a song about a player who scored.

I had a good look around when the Levy Out chants were going and it was very much (but not exclusively) younger fans - under 35 give or take. At least as much as I could see around me.
