He wasn't very troubled, the game was pretty dead by the time he came on.
He wasn't particularly noticeable, in a good way. But Soton had given up, of course.

I'm glad he's got that one out of the way. Psychologically, I thought Ange should have got him on the pitch in last season's injury crisis for a cameo when he was on absolute top form in the U21s. This season, he's only started 2 in the U21's after that bad injury, but great to see him have one that he could coast through.

He is perhaps one more 1st team injury away from having to step into a key role. That's very tough for a 19 year old.

Well done Ange for finally getting him in and amongst it. It is a shame for the lad that he'll probably have to sacrifice a loan in January to help the 1st team injury issues.
