And that is precisely why we don;t win anything, because we should judge players over long period of time, because the best have players that play good 90% of the time, we seem to support and want to play players that have good games 20% of the time.

Even today, apart from giving the ball away less, he has provided almost nothing and missed a glaring opportunity to put us 2 up.

There's no force because he slipped, which also caused his foot to be lower, he doesn't slip that is doing real damage to maddison knee.
