OMT *** TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR V IPSWICH TOWN *** Sun 10th Nov, 14:00 BST, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

They didn’t sit deep
They played good football
Ange ball will suffer if players don’t do the basics
Like clearing a ball in front of you or winning a defensive header
when we had possession they had almost the entire team sitting deep.
you will see good xg stats for this game again but in reality we didn't have many clear cut chances because there were just too many of them defending deeper and deeper

I thought they were excellent and played attacking football well with pace and energy
Basically the positive of us first half
They all knew their jobs and they all executed the plan
I didn’t see them playing deep

I wish we defended like Ipswich did today, everyone other than Hutchinson was goal side in that second half.

The lack of coaches that can implement his style is down to Ange. If the ones he has now can't do it then get the ones he had previously. The absolving Ange of blame, by some, is getting boring. Always someone elses fault.

Kulu has been our best player this season, although performances has dropped the last couple of games.
Then if Ange goes, then the entire coaching staff needs to go to... I don't want them infecting the next one.

I think a lot of Kulu's performances have been over rated... Still if Kulu, a bang average player, is considered our best player this year, highlights preciously the problems we face.

I think the board will be beginning to have a bit of a think over the international break.
No chance. He's here for the season of that there is no doubt, we are comfortably in Europe and in both cup competitions. It was bad today no doubt, but this 'it's time for Ange to go' nonsense that surfaces any time we have a defeat this season is ridiculous.

Many were hyping us up to be a win away from 3rd, so things really can't be that bad and could swing either way...

Feels like this is going to be a strange season in the league, lots of unusual results.

Palace and now Ipswich getting their first wins of the season against us within a few weeks.

Postecoglou put of his depth.

He is, sadly, this is not like playing in qualifying stages of the Oceania group, or the Japanese K-League or Scottish Premiership.. this is the unforgiving English Premier League and you need more than one game plan.

I sometimes think he doesnt realise that. Yes, the games we are seeing a more entertaining, too much at times, but going forward I still dont see any trophies on the horizon, we are just treading water for another season

Problem is, we should have been 3rd right now.

There are no excuses and personally I am getting sick of all the apologising by the players "we need to do better next time" every other week...

These are supposed professional players and barely turn up for half, left alone two.

It's shocking... And week after week I have been pointing this out and all some people and just laughed at me, told me a talking rubbish.

If I am talking rubbish then why is it every week we have same bloody problems, from the same players, the same lack of organised attacking, defensive, and pressing play?

The same hit and hope passes, balls to feet to some of the fast players in the league, to many balls behind players...

And when we win, most people turn a blind eye to what has happened on the pitch...

Porro lost the 26 times
If that isn’t a player who is knackered then I don’t know what is
Yet we dont swap him out
That because we are stupid as club, just like not including Djed and Reg in the EUFA list.

It's just mind boggling stupidity and arrogance.

If you don;t like the likes of Reg, so what? Swallow your pride and play him, until you get a suitable replacement, so the like of Udogie and Porro etc can have rests and be pushed for their places keeping them on their toes.

It's not brain science, it's really f-ing simple, but we always manage to do it to ourselves.
